Everything and I mean everything was explained clearly and I could clearly see that no such thing as a dumb question. It was great working with a professional company that went out their way to keep me updated. I didn't have to contact them, they contacted me which made me feel comfortable. The two guys that delivered & installed the table were very professional as well as knowledgeable and made damn sure I knew how the table worked, the upkeep and tips on the game. Overall the whole experience was great and I am a very happy customer.

Absolutely fantastic experience, from dealing with John purchasing our shuffleboard and air hockey tables to delivery and install by Tim. I could not recommend more!John went out of his way when our project got delayed and we could not take delivery as scheduled. Tim spent all morning setting up the tables and showing us how to maintain and use them. He even set up a ping pong table that was too heavy for my father and I to take to our basement. Amazing!!!

Absolutely great table that we use constantly. We considered other vendors for the table but there was always a catch. Our home is just short of the middle of nowhere, so installation was the issue. John said he could find installers and made it happen. A rather large project completed to our total satisfaction.

I could not be happier with the purchase of our table from John he makes the process so simple and is there to answer any questions along the way. Also wanted to mention Tim and Brandan who delivered and installed the table were masters of their craft. They setup the table and took the time to educate us how the climatic adjusters work and how to care for it and overall maintenance. I can reach out to them at anytime for help along the way. The family has not stopped playing on the table since it arrived we have endless battles and its non stop fun! We plan on purchasing a second table from John in the near future and would request Tim and Brandan to help with setup.

I was able to easily design our table with assistance with my sales representative and could not be happier with the result. As you can see from the pictures, the quality of the wood, and other materials is top-notch. I purchased two shuffleboard tables from a different company, I wish I would have met John from Shuffleboard Federation first! I called and left a voicemail for him to call me back because I was having issues with my table, and he called back within two minutes to help problem solve. We ordered a Champion table with intricate woodwork to match a Connelly pool table (same parent company) that we already had. Champion had trouble making a perfect table, but John and his Florida installer held them to a high standard and, after three visits to our house, we got a table that looks right and plays right. We'd already ACH'd 100% payment, so the company had no financial incentive to take these extra steps, but John McDermott and colleagues apparently take a lot of pride in their work!

My experience working with The Shuffleboard Federation to purchase my first Shuffleboard table was fantastic. Starting with speaking to John McDermott. He is the owner of the company and spent time with me explaining the different tables and options. He was informative, patient and trustworthy. The order was easy to place and was delivered timely. Mike was the lead installer and he brought a crew of three individuals to set up our table on the third floor of our home. They were polite, and very efficient getting the job done. Turns out they all play in Shuffleboard tournaments across the country. It also turns out that they are ranked Nationally and all agree John is the best. I guess that explains their passion for the sport and their dedication to their profession. You do not need to shop around. John is the guy to turn to if you want to buy a quality Shuffleboard Table and be treated fairly!
